Information clause on personal data processing

The controller of your personal data is  Marble & Quartzite Polska sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Jaroszów (58-120 Jaroszów 129B). Your personal data will be processed in order to submit an offer, make a one-time contact related to the offer, inform about new features of our online service and new products, and for direct marketing purposes pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Providing personal data is a statutory requirement/contractual condition/condition for concluding a contract and failure to do so results in the inability to inform about news products and special offers/inability to answer queries.


You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, e.g. to present commercial offers. The data will be processed for the period necessary to establish contact and reply to a query, and if a long-term contract has been concluded with an entrepreneur, for the duration of the contract and for a period of five years from the end of the year in which the contract expires.

Definitions

1. Administrator means the owner of the mqpolska.pl domain, Marble & Quartzite Polska sp. z o.o., 58-120 Jaroszów 129B. You can contact the administrator using traditional methods, e.g. via the contact form on this website.

Why do we use cookies
 
1. The administrator uses own cookies for the following purposes:

a. Service configuration
